Student Login

As a new student at our colleges, you will need to log in to your account through the Moodle (VLE) links below. Once you have logged in, please check and update or amend your personal information.

You can also access your account through MyDay cloud or by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

To log in use your college email which is your studentID@student.capitalccg.ac.uk (e.g. 123456@student.capitalccg.ac.uk) and your password.

How do I access my account when outside of a college centre?

To access your account when you are not physically inside a college centre, you will be asked to go through a two-factor authenticator. Two-factor verification adds security by requiring both a password and a device, making it harder for hackers to access your account.

For this, you will need access to a mobile phone, and download the Microsoft Authentication app (free) from either the Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iPhone). Once you have downloaded the app, simply follow the instructions to set up the authenticator. Student Logins and Study Tools

Once you have checked your information on MyDay, you should then get access to tools such as Microsoft Office, track your progress through ProPortal, and access your student email account and Microsoft Teams. Please see log in details for these below.
