All students without a prior professional cookery qualification will begin at Level 1. In the second year, you will progress to the Level 2 qualification and may advance to Level 3 in your third year. Each year offers its own qualification, with progression dependent on successful completion of the course, consistently high attendance and punctuality, a positive attitude to learning, and the demonstration of the required practical and professional skills.
