Apprenticeship Summary

Korean Dinner Party is the sister restaurant of the renowned Señor Ceviche. KDP opened its doors in the summer of 2021 on the top floor of Kingly Court, Soho. Inspired by LA’s Koreatown, expect East-meets-West dishes, kitsch cocktails, craft sake and Korean hip-hop playing into the night. The restaurant takes influence from Korean flavours, the US, Mexico and even Japan. The brains behind the menu are Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, the duo from TĀTĀ Eatery, MR JI and TÓU. These London-chef favourites are celebrated for their unique approach to flavour and fusion.

Please make note that this application goes straight to the training provider Westminster Kingsway College and not the employer.
