Enfield Construction Skills Academy

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London has partnered with Enfield Council and Countryside Partnerships to create an Academy providing construction training for the Meridian Water regeneration project.

Through a combination of intelligent design inspired by local heritage, materials and landscape and with a well-executed social value strategy developed in collaboration with the local community. Our Enfield Construction Skills Academy provides skills, training and ultimately employment opportunities for the local community.

The Enfield Construction Skills Academy also provides pre-construction and Construction Skills Certification Card (CSCS) training and apprenticeships in brickwork, plumbing, carpentry and electrical installation to upskill students to progress onto careers in construction.

Transport Links and Directions

Our Enfield Construction Skills Academy is a brand new centre and has its own location that is separate from our Enfield and Tottenham centres. Please see the transport links and directions below.

Buses: 192, 341 Tesco (1 Glover Drive, London N18 3HF). If you head onto Meridian Way cross over the road toward the Meridian Water train station, go up the stairs and go past the station entrance on your right go down the flight of stairs and follow the path this will lead to the Skills Academy which will be on your left.

Overground: Meridian Water Train station (N18 3HF). If travelling by train you can use the Greater Anglia train to Meridian Water Station which can be picked up from Tottenham Hale or Stratford. Once at the station come out of the station entrance turn right, down the flight of stairs and follow the path and it will lead to the skills academy on the left.
