The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL)

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) is one of the largest further education colleges in North London, providing education to people in and around Haringey and Enfield since 1828, officially forming the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London on 1 August 2009. CONEL provides an exceptional education to its students, equipping them with the skills they need for their future, with two superb centres in North London, located in Tottenham and Enfield, offering an extensive range of academic and vocational courses for all 16-18-year-olds and adult learners.

As of 2024, we are proud to announce a bold new brand identity that unites all our colleges under one logo. City and Islington College (CANDI), The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL), and Westminster Kingsway College (WestKing), now operate under the shared identity of Capital City College.

The fresh new logos are a symbol of our shared mission, with the segments in the letter “C” representing both our diverse community and our different centres of excellence across London. This rebranding reflects our commitment to providing high-quality education and training across London, while celebrating the strength of our unity and diversity. We still offer the same wide range of vocational courses (diplomas, certificates and awards, including BTECs, University of the Arts London, City & Guilds and more), and higher education courses (HNC, HND, Foundation Degree and Bachelor’s Degree) which were offered under the previous CONEL brand. Our mission is to help individuals, employers and the community to succeed by providing outstanding education and applied vocational training with a particular focus on skills for employment.
