Course Fees

Course fees for international students vary depending on the course you’d like to study.

Please note that the prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and based on a per year cost unless otherwise indicated.

If you are studying on a Student route (previously known as Tier 4 General Student Visa), Youth Mobility Scheme Visa (previously Tier 5 Youth Mobility Scheme), Visitor Visa, Short Term Study Visa (6-11 months) or Diplomatic Visa (child dependent 18+), you will pay international course fees. If the funding criteria for your course does not classify you as a funded student and you have a visa permission or immigration status not listed here you will pay overseas course fees. For clarification on your fee status, please contact international@capitalccg.ac.uk.

You must pay the whole tuition fee to secure your place.

Payments

By TransferMate

This service enables overseas students and their agents to pay their college fees in their home currency at many foreign banks, or via credit card, and is our preferred method for receiving payments from overseas. Please click here for more details.

All payments not made through the TransferMate service should be made in British Pounds (GBP). Payments made in other currencies will be subject to bank charges for conversion and will result in a lower amount being applied to your account.

Electronic Bank Transfer

To pay by Electronic Bank Transfer you must email a copy of the Electronic Bank Transfer remittance to the International Office at the college. Banks usually charge a fee for this service and you must take this into account when calculating the sum transferred. Money transfers should be paid to the college tuition fee account:

Refunds

Please read this section very carefully. Westminster Kingsway College has a ‘no refunds’ policy which means that we do not give refunds other than in the circumstances detailed in our refund policy.

  • If a visa application is unsuccessful, the tuition fee you have paid will be refunded, minus £100 for administration costs. You must forward the decision letter from the UKVI within 7 days to our international office in all circumstances
  • No refunds can be made if your visa has been refused because of submission of any fraudulent document
  • If a visa is obtained, but you decide not to study with Westminster Kingsway College, your tuition fee will not be refunded
