Garment Construction

This course will help you create a garment by developing your pattern cutting, sewing and garment construction skills.

You will learn how to:

• Develop your creative/visual ideas
• Read and cut different patterns
• Use an industrial sewing machine to construct your garment
• Produce technical information records for your garment

You will need an interest in garment construction. No prior qualifications are needed.

You can progress onto courses such as the Level 4 Diploma in Visual Display and Branding for Fashion Retail.
