Our careers and curriculum team can support your parent events with information, advice and guidance on life at college as well as hands on activities where appropriate.
Flexible for a range of year groups, assemblies are often the first introduction to college life for a student. These short sessions are a great starting point to excite and engage students in finding out more about a range of career and educational options.
We are delighted to attend any of your career events to meet and advise students on Further Education, (school leavers), Higher Education (university level) and Apprenticeships. Our resources will illustrate the exciting courses we offer. The connection we make with your students is important to us and we will ensure the relationship continues after the event with invitations to our open evenings.
We would love to invite you to one of our Taster Days and are happy to offer a taster day package bespoke to you and your students. Our subject staff are on hand to deliver interactive taster sessions and you are also welcome to select any of our engagement activities to be delivered on the day. We are happy to arrange separate Taster Days if you have specific requirements.

We are hosting a series of Spotlight events focusing on our vocational and creative industry subjects to give students the opportunity to get a taste of different subjects and help them decide which course is right for them.

Our colleges offer both one day per week ‘day release’ courses from Entry Level to Level 2 along with full time alternative provision courses. We interview each student so that we can advise and guide them to the right course for them.
Students can choose subject areas according to their interests, abilities, and intended career aims. An individual learning plan is prepared and carried out within well-equipped workshops and classrooms. Click here to find out more.
