Course fees for international students

Course fees for international students vary depending on the course you’d like to study.

Please note that the prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and based on a per-year cost unless otherwise indicated.

If you are studying on a student visa, a youth mobility scheme visa, a visitor visa, a short-term study visa (6-11 months) or a diplomatic exemption visa (child dependent 19+), you will pay international course fees. If the funding criteria for your course do not classify you as a funded student, and you have a visa permission or immigration status not listed here, you will pay overseas course fees. You must pay the whole tuition fee to secure your place.

By Credit or Debit Card

To pay by Credit or Debit card please visit our Make a Payment portal here.

Electronic bank transfer

To pay by Electronic Bank Transfer, you must email a copy of the Electronic Bank Transfer remittance to the International Office at the college. Banks usually charge a fee for this service and you must take this into account when calculating the sum transferred. Money transfers should be paid to the college tuition fee account:

Refunds

Please read this section very carefully. Capital City College has a ‘no refunds’ policy, which means that we do not give refunds other than in the circumstances detailed in our refund policy.

If a visa application is unsuccessful, the tuition fee you have paid will be refunded, minus £100 for administration costs. You must forward the decision letter from the UKVI within 7 days to our international office in all circumstances.
No refunds can be made if your visa has been refused because of the submission of any fraudulent document.
If a visa is obtained, but you decide not to study with Capital City College, your tuition fee will not be refunded.
