We are looking for Commis Chefs to join the team where you will be preparing and support the Restaurant/Brasserie/Pastry Kitchen team to provide the highest possible standards as this iconic venue.

• GCSE English and Maths grades A-D / 3-9 (or equivalent)
• GCSE Cookery/Food Tech desirable
• A strong interest in food - preparing and cooking ingredients.
