Chef Apprenticeship position available to learn the preparation and cooking of all fresh ingredients on site. This will include meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, breakfast, banqueting and desserts. You will learn basic kitchen skills and in addition learn about food hygiene, health & safety, storage, and cleaning.

Commis Waiter Apprenticeship Standard

As a Food and Beverage Apprentice your duties will be to provide a warm welcome with amiable professional service while offering an unforgettable dining experience to all our guests.

You will get the opportunity to rotate through our Food and Beverage outlets and experience working as part of a skilled team who are eager to share their many years of experience and knowledge with you. Our aim is to set you up for success, support you whilst developing your skills and to help you achieve your career aspirations.
