The ACCA Level 3 Financial and Management Diploma in Accounting gives you the perfect head start in the world of business, finance, and professional accountancy. This industry-recognised qualification equips you with practical skills, a fundamental understanding of how organisations manage money, and the confidence to take your next big step.
You’ll gain practical, work-ready skills across financial and management accounting, business operations, and professional behaviours. This includes understanding financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping, using costing and budgeting tools to support decision-making, exploring how organisations and technology function in today’s workplace, and developing the communication and analytical skills expected of future finance professionals.
To join this course, you’ll need:
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent; and
Other relevant qualifications at Level 2, including AAT or a Finance course
The ACCA Level 3 Diploma is assessed through computer-based examinations designed to reflect real workplace tasks. Each unit is tested through a mix of objective test questions and longer, scenario-based tasks that require you to apply your accounting knowledge to practical business situations. These assessments ensure you develop strong problem-solving, financial analysis, and decision-making skills that employers value.
