This course is validated by Middlesex University (subject to review).
If you have completed FdA Counselling with us, this course will allow you to complete a third year to achieve a full BA (Hons) in Counselling. The degree is taught through lectures, discussions of case studies, seminars, tutorials, and participants' research.
You will be expected to be in supervised formal counselling, either in work or a voluntary setting, whilst undertaking the course. You will have formal teaching each Monday from 10 am - 5 pm and will be expected to complete self-study in addition to your counselling hours.
The course will enable you to critically analyse a wider range of counselling orientations and to develop your integration of these within your practice, deepen your knowledge of counselling theory, and your ability to put this into practice and make links between learned theory and practice.
