
This qualification is designed for individuals who are currently working or aspiring to work as bricklayers in the construction industry.

This qualification will allow you to learn, develop, and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in Bricklaying. The course covers a range of essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in the construction industry including:
You do not need to have any previous qualifications.
All applicants must have an initial assessment and interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.
To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Bricklaying (6705-23), you must achieve 49 credits from the mandatory units. Additional credits may be achieved from the elective unit but will not count towards the qualification.
Your assessments will be conducted in both workshop and classroom environments. You will be required to demonstrate basic skills development in brickwork and bricklaying, showcasing your practical abilities in these areas. The assessment process will be a blend of online and paper-based evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive review of your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
If you will be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31st August 2025 before the start date of the course, and you have the legal right to remain in the UK for the duration of your course then your study with us will be free.
