ABOUT THE COURSE

If you are aged 16-18, this English for Speakers of Other Languages course is designed to give you extra support, helping you to progress to higher level study or employment. You will improve all areas of your English, whatever your starting level is.

You will go on a variety of trips and take part in a range of extra-curricular activities, from football to first aid.

We will also help you develop employability skills, with many of our students also having the chance to volunteer or gain work experience. Careers guidance and discussions about your next step are an important part of the course.

You will receive lots of tutorial support to help you on your course.

WHAT WILL I STUDY?

WHAT WILL I NEED?

All applicants must have an initial assessment and interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?

You will also take a qualification in Functional Skills maths.
