Digital Skills - Entry Level 3 Award

If you are new to, or would like to improve your, digital skills, this course will provide you with the basic skills needed to be a digital user. You will develop practical digital skills, using them to solve problems, improve your personal efficiency, create and share content (collaboratively) and stay safe while doing so.

Topics covered can include:

• Digital Safety and Security
• Digital Communications Technology
• Digital Content Creation Text and Image
• Search Engines and Online Research
• Set Up and Maintain a Digital System

You do not need to have any previous qualifications.

The course is assessed with an end-of-course portfolio.

Adults - Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2

If you will be aged 19+ on 31st August prior to the start date of your course, up to Level 2, then your study with us will be free. You must have lived for 3 years within the EU/EEA/UK prior to the start of your course, you must have lived in the UK before 1st January 2021 and you must have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning. This course will help you to move on to higher level courses, specialising in an area of IT or digital media, commencing with the Digital Skills - Level 1 Certificate.
