Project Management for Digital and Technology - Intermediate (Digital Skills Academy)

Progress your IT and Digital Project Management skills with our intermediate course!

This course will provide the skills to manage digital projects efficiently and enhance organisational skills.

You will gain project management knowledge, including scheduling, cost management, risk management and more!

This course is aligned with the Association for Project Management’s Project Management Qualification (PMQ).

This course will cover topics including:

• Project lifecycle
• Stakeholder relationships
• Scheduling
• Cost management
• Risk management
• Procurement
• PMP and reporting
• Governance

You should be able to follow simple written and verbal instructions, demonstrations, handouts, and health and safety information, and will be invited to take part in group discussions. You should be able to use numbers and perform simple measurements and calculations.

You should be confident and competent with a Mac or Windows PC, proficient with a mouse and keyboard, and proficient with creative software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent. You should be able to download, upload, save, open, and retrieve files. Some awareness of design for print or any other art/design practice would be useful.

You will need to be eligible to study in the UK. Upon enrolment, you will be asked to upload residency and income documents for college funding purposes.

Free if your income is £28,860 per year or less.

£75 if your income is more than £28,860 per year.

On completion of this course, you can progress onto further study in this field.
