ABOUT THE COURSE

This qualification is designed to give you the ICT skills to operate confidently, effectively, and independently in using a computer in everyday life. This course is suitable for participants with beginners or little ICT knowledge.

WHAT WILL I STUDY?

You will learn how to start and shut down a PC, use applications and create documents. Use the Internet to find information and create and send emails.

Adults - Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2


If you will be aged 19+ on 31st August prior to the start date of your course, up to Level 2, then your study with us will be free. You must have lived for 3 years within the EU/EEA/UK prior to the start of your course, you must have lived in the UK before 1st January 2021 and you must have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning. Gulcan Gullu

Gulcan Gullu has worked for 3 years in the Capital City College Group (CCCG) ICT and Computing department. Gulcan brings a love of learning and a wealth of knowledge to the group from working with beginning students up to Level 2 ICT courses.

Gulcan is skilled in Microsoft Office programmes and appreciates how ICT is dynamic and encourages innovation and problem-solving. Gulcan is inspired by working with adults and school leaver students who have varied viewpoints enhancing the classroom setting. Gulcan feels empowered by CCCG's dedication to innovation and diversity.
