
This course will develop your knowledge and understanding of the business world, focusing on retail, with a range of units to prepare you for work in customer services. As well as studying ICT, English and maths, you will also develop your employability skills and look at your own career development.

Assessment is through coursework, and your attendance will also be monitored.
If you will be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31 August in the year you begin your course, and have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years, it will be free. Some courses will have other costs associated, such as for materials and trips. The course gives you the chance to develop useful, transferable skills in completing tasks to help you progress to further learning, such as a Level 2 course.
