Chris has been an online entrepreneur since 2010, owning and operating two websites.
Chris joined Westminster Kingsway College in September 2014 teaching Business and Functional Skills English. He holds qualifications in BA (Hons) in Communications and Politics, an MA in Communications Management (specialising in Public Relations), a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and a PGCE in Adult Literacy.
He embarked on his teaching career at Tower Hamlets College in 2001, as Lead School Links Tutor, after achieving his PGCE from UCL Institute of Education. As Lead Tutor, he was responsible for recruiting learners from schools in Tower Hamlets onto the college’s alternative provision programmes, alongside teaching business and English to those learners.
That early experience helped to foster his passion for offering learners, who were on the verge of disengaging from education, a 'fresh start' to enable them to fulfil their potential.
This passion now continues at Westminster Kingsway College.
He enables learners, on Level 1 and Level 2 courses, to make a fresh start and develop the skills, knowledge and self-confidence needed to progress on to higher level courses.
His entrepreneurial expertise enables him to embed current real-life business knowledge into his teaching practice.
