Group Principal - Adult and Higher Education

Mark brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in further and higher education. Before joining Capital City College (CCC), he served as Deputy Chief Executive at a further education college group, where he led significant improvements in organisational performance and promoted greater collaboration across colleges, aligning with regional and national skills priorities.

Mark is deeply committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality education that supports learners in achieving both personal and professional success. He has a strong track record of designing and leading innovative curriculum solutions that meet the evolving needs of learners, employers and wider stakeholders. A lifelong learner himself, Mark holds a Level 8 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification, with a specialist focus on strategic direction and organisational culture. His leadership is underpinned by a dedication to continuous improvement, collaboration and cultivating a culture of excellence across the Group’s provision.
