Our 3-week IRATA rope access training programme provides a strong foundation for a career in industrial rope access and working at height. Over the course, trainees learn safe rope techniques, equipment use, rescue procedures, and efficient rope movement in line with IRATA standards. The programme builds confidence in working at heights and emphasises risk assessment, communication, and teamwork in real job environments.
To boost employability, the training is combined with Advanced First Aid training by a qualified instructor, ensuring workers can respond to medical emergencies on site. A Level 2 Basic Health and Safety in the Workplace certificate further strengthens a candidate’s profile by demonstrating knowledge of hazards, safe systems of work, and legal responsibilities. By the end of three weeks, participants typically have practical skills and safety awareness that make them attractive to employers in sectors such as Engineering, Construction, Offshore Energy, Maintenance, and Inspection industries. This pathway opens doors to both entry-level roles and long-term career progression.
