Designed as a practical, hands-on introduction, you’ll learn how to connect the tools you already use—without writing a single line of code. Whether you’re managing admin tasks, running a small business, or juggling multiple systems, this course helps you streamline your processes fast.

You’ll start with simple “trigger-and-action” workflows, then quickly build confidence as you learn to:

• Automate tasks like moving form responses into spreadsheets
• Send instant alerts and notifications
• Keep systems in sync across apps
• Add logic with filters, conditions, and data formatting
• Handle errors and keep automations running smoothly

By the end of the course, you won’t just understand automation; you'll be able to design and manage your own workflows that save hours of manual work every week.

You will learn:

• What automation is and where no-code tools fit in real work
• How to map a simple business process before building the workflow
• How to build trigger-action automations using tools like n8n or Zapier
• How to connect common apps such as Google Sheets, email, forms, calendars and CRMs
• How to add filters, conditions and basic data formatting, so workflows behave properly
• How to test, troubleshoot, and safely switch on an automation
• How to document workflows clearly so that another team member can understand them

You will need to be eligible to study in the UK. Upon enrolment, you will be asked to upload residency and income documents for college funding purposes.
