The centre has a recently redeveloped animal care department, with turtles, snakes, chinchillas and an aquarium. It also has a full optometry suite, with the latest technology used by opticians. In addition, the centre has a working gym, outdoor sports pitch and engineering workshops.

Our Centre for Applied Sciences is based in Angel, next to our Sixth Form College. We have state-of-the-art learning spaces that enable you to be at the cutting edge of scientific learning. Visit our centre on Camden Road to find out about courses focused on business, technology, care and the creative industries. The centre has music recording and photography studios, computer suites, dance studios and a 150-seat theatre.

This centre specialises in courses for adults, including English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), literacy and numeracy. It also offers bookkeeping, accounting, Hair and Beauty courses.

There is no need to pre-book these sessions, just come along to our centre between 4-6pm and let our reception know of your arrival. Please note these sessions are to get to know our campus’ and speak to our staff and see our facilities, with the opportunity to apply for courses on the day, there will not be offering interviews at these sessions.
