
- Managing the new hire on-boarding & off boarding process
- Responding to HR queries from the people inbox in a timely manner. ·
- Escalating complex employee issues ·
- Applying for references for new employees and ensuring we have correct employee documentation and keep employee digital folders up to date in BambooHR, our people platform. ·
- Deliver benefit inductions for all new UK employees. ·
- Complete leaver documentation ·
- Make all payroll changes on BambooHR each month and compile monthly payroll submission for checking by People Lead ·
- Processing maternity, paternity and parental leave requests ·
- Processing any employee status changes via BambooHR. ·
- Supporting managers with basic ER cases, inclusive of investigations, disciplinary, grievance and appeals and cascading more complex ER matters to the UK People Lead
- Provide ad hoc support for the Talent Acquisition team for UK roles.
- Support the global annual talent and succession, salary, promotion and bonus processes.
- Support the UK People Lead and wider Global People team on all People projects and ad hoc requests.
