The course is a self-help course in coping with the day to day stresses of modern day life.
You will look at both mental and physical strategies that can be used to improve your mental health.
Delivery face to face one at our Tottenham Green Site on a Friday between 9.30-12.30 for 4 weeks.
You will Learner stratergies to deal with Mental Health both Physical such as Yoga and Mental such as academic theories
There is no formal entry requirements for the course just your commitment to attend for the full 4 weeks for the 3 hours
There will be no formal assessments - just yourparticipation through group discussion and your attendance

Learners can progress onto a more formal Health and Social Care course between Entry 3 and Level 3 dependant on the tutors assessment
