CAREER PROSPECTS

ABOUT THE COURSE

This course provides the best way to get your foot in the door of the fastest-growing entertainment and sports industry in the world. Starting with a foundation year, you’ll develop the industry knowledge, technical and professional skills you need to move on to study the BA (Hons) eSports.

For the Foundation Year, you’ll be taught at CONEL’s Tottenham Centre, with online teaching from Staffordshire University London’s Digital Institute. You’ll then move permanently to the Digital Institute to complete the remaining three years of your course. You’ll focus on the business side of the entertainment and sports industry that’s taking over the globe and will learn how to survive and thrive in the hosting of both small and large-scale events – from technical setups to planning, marketing and implementation.

For years 2-4, you’ll learn with experienced experts in the latest and greatest facilities, including a state-of-the-art Esports Arena and next-level broadcasting and shout-casting equipment. You’ll become an expert in esports culture, single and multi-player team events, and audience trends, ready to start a career in a passionate and exciting field. Throughout the course, we’ll focus on your employability when you graduate - that’s why we offer work experience opportunities, as well as making sure we keep you ahead of the game with industry legislation and ethical issues.
