This course provides you with a broad introduction to the business and administration sector, giving you underpinning knowledge and skills specific to the sector, alongside a range of transferable employability skills. It has been designed to help you progress to further learning and employment in business and administration or other related sectors.

The course consists of one externally assessed unit. The remaining units are internally assessed.
If you will be aged 19+ on 31st August prior to the start date of your course, up to Level 2, then your study with us will be free. You must have lived for 3 years within the EU/EEA/UK prior to the start of your course, you must have lived in the UK before 1st January 2021 and you must have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning. Betty Joined the College of Haringey, Enfield, and Northeast London in 2015 and is highly qualified with an MBA, in Management Studies, a PGCE and a BSC in Business Management. She began her teaching career in 2005 teaching Business and managing the Access to Higher Education provision at Newham College of Further Education. Betty has experience teaching BTEC, A Levels, Access to HE, HNC/D and Foundation Degrees.
Before teaching, Betty worked for companies such as Toyota, Akzo Nobel (Skikkens B.V of Holland) and Mark and Spencer.
Betty also has a passion for Special Educational Needs and has been supporting SEN learners in Vocational programmes to achieve their full potential. Betty is currently a doctoral student researching inclusive education and already holds a P.G. Certificate in Autism and Asperger’s syndrome, QTLS.
