Management and Leadership - Level 4 Diploma

This qualification is for the development of the role and skill of managers. This qualification aims to develop personal management capabilities, make effective use of information in decision-making, operations and the development of the skills in managing people.

Topics covered can include:

• Managerial styles
• Personal Development
• Report writing
• Equality and Diversity
• Interviewing
• Understanding organisation culture and values

• To be aged 19+
• Completed a qualification in Level 3 Leadership/Management course or equivalent
•  Experience in a management role

*All applicants must have an interview and assessment to confirm suitability for the course

Learners will be assessed through a range of assessment methods including: case studies, examinations, assignments, reports, work based evidence, presentation

If you will be aged 19 or older on 31 August in the year you begin your course, and have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years, your course may be free, depending on your circumstances. Some courses will have other costs associated, such as for materials and trips.
