
This course develops the knowledge, understanding and skills you'll need to follow your career pathway in Information Technology. You will work closely with employers, Founders and Coders, charities such as Local Village network, and Yonder who are integrated into the assessment process, giving you the essential skills to get you ready for the world of work, higher education, apprenticeships, and internships. You will be taught, Social Media, Programming, Mobile apps Development, Coding, Computer games development, and Cyber security.
Within the IT programme we offer Core Maths, and an opportunity to part of our Coding club. You can obtain as useful addtional qaulification.

All applicants must have an interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.
You will produce a portfolio of work for each units, which will form the basis of your assessment. This will keep you informed on how you're doing, where you need to improve your skills, and what your specialisms should be.
If you will be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31 August in the year you begin your course, and have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years, it will be free. Some courses will have other costs associated, such as for materials and trips.
