About

Learners who complete the Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship can look forward to a rewarding career in a growing sector. They will have the skills and knowledge to manage facilities such as buildings, estates, grounds, and services. They will also be able to lead teams, plan projects, ensure compliance and deliver quality outcomes. 

Who is it for?

  • New entrants to the industry depending on job role
  • Prior experienced in a management/supervisory role desirable
  • Individuals working in FM and the wider supply-chain

Further Information

This programme runs over a 21-month timeframe, with a learning period of 18 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.

Progression

Apprentices who complete the FM Level 3 programme will aim to gain promotion to management roles including Facilities Manager Assistant, Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Contract Support Lead and Operation Manager.

Training

Included in the programme:

  • IWFM Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management 
  • 12 Occupational duties (KSBs)
  • Functional Skills English and Maths Level 2

End Point Assessment

The three month EPA includes:

2500 word project, 20 minute presentation plus questions, and professional discussion.

Passing grades include pass and distinction.
