About

A data technician is typically responsible for managing and maintaining an organisation’s data systems. This role is suitable for individuals who have a strong interest and aptitude for working with data, databases, and information technology. The specific responsibilities of a data technician may vary depending on the organisation. This may be office based or virtual. A data technician will be responsible for collecting and processing data under the guidance of a senior colleague or multiple colleagues at workplace. A data technician will be responsible for their own work but may have the opportunity to mentor others
